The staff were so helpful and patient and kind. The food was very good for the buffet breakfast and from the restaurant. I recommend the tuna. The staff I interacted with all understood my minimal Spanish and spoke sufficient English for us to easily communicate. During my stay I saw a few very difficult guests come through and the staff helped them and worked with them to the best of their abilities. Parking did fill up one night. The pool was perfect and chairs did fill up at one point, but people were conscientious of each other. Again, I csnt compliment the staff enough. So helpful and kind. Especially those in the breakfast and restaurant were always running and taking care of everything so quickly and well.

The room was modern and design, very practical with plenty of space. although a bit tricky to configure, the Air conditioned worked very smoothly. Breakfast was incredible with a large variety of fresh food. The swimming pool was also a nice addition after a hot day, very clean and agreable. this is real 4 stars hotel, very good value.
