We absolutely loved this cabin. It was amazingly clean and well designed
and easy access. We loved the fireplace and small fenced in area for our small dogs. We would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone staying in the area.

Perfect getaway
The hot tub and wood fireplace were wonderful! Very cute and spacious. There's a place to buy firewood about 10 minutes away.
My husband and I, plus 2 friends booked this cabin for a long weekend stay. It is located super close to downtown Helen with access to tons of little shops and restaurants. The cabin was clean and stocked well with everything you would need. There is a fenced in area at the side yard for your fur friends as it also pet friendly. A huge green flag for us! We will likely wind up booking again when we return to the area.

Had a wonderful long weekend. The cabin was immaculate. Hot tub was such a huge bonus.
No complaints whatsoever.
Very cozy and comfy real close to town.
If I had one suggestion it would be a tv on the back porch and a ceiling fan over the hot tub. Definitely not necessary. Loved the idea that both bedrooms were master bedrooms.
This property was clean and great for a long weekend. There were a couple of minor inaccuracies with the listing; table for 4 instead of 6, and the beds were either hotel style queens or fulls. The furniture needs to be updated terribly, but it was cozy for a short trip. Just an FYI - the property manager was excellent. Both TVs had direct TV. The one in the main room was a Roku so you can stream all your shows. We had plenty of towels, and basic amenities. The only caution is that the water heater is really small. I’m noting that for those traveling with teens - IYKYK. All in all we would stay again.

Nice & Quiet
The home was inviting & comfortable. The bed foot was too large for the room & I have 3-5 bruises on my arm from hitting the large pointed tall edges. They were lovely to look at but too large for the room size. Not enough room between the foot & the wall. It was a very nice place to stay except for the bed & the Jacuzzi not working. It was way to hot & then got cold & wouldn't heat back up. This was noted in an earlier review also & they still haven't repaired it. Still it was a great trip.
Adorable cabin with NO screens on any windows so we couldn’t open any of them without getting wasps in. Not cool at all when you’re up there to enjoy the cooler air. Decorated so cool !
The pictures did not do the property any justice. It was open, warm and inviting. The beds were wonderful. The kitchen was fully stocked. The jacuzzi was much need and wonderful. Will be booking again really soon. 10 out of 10.
Cabin is absolutely gorgeous and well decorated. Cozy 🥰 the only complaint I would have is that I thought there was going to be a washer/dryer 😜it’s okay I’m a woman and I always overpack! Let me know if you ever want to sell it! I don’t want to rent it out, I want to live in it!!! One of the nicest cabins I’ve ever stayed in 🥰
The only thing we were disappointed in is all the fees. They make the cost over double what you expect it to be.

Cabin was ok.
The cabin was ok. Two bedrooms, two bathtooms. I assumed it would have a washer/dryer, but it doesnt. That is my fault for not reading the amenities list better. The cell service is very spotty and the wi-fi was worse. The location was convient to Helen and the screened in back porch wad nice to sit on in the evenings.
We got all checked into the Bird Haus property, and the first morning we woke up to no hot water. We spent the day waiting for someone to get it fixed but they were unable to do so and at 3 in the afternoon we ended up having to change properties. The property people were very accommodating however we lost a day of our vacation. That was disappointing.

A bit antiquated
The variety of accommodations were pretty standard, but everything is very outdated and has seen better days. Beat up dishwasher at least 20 years old, window blinds broken, pump system on the well causes showers to flash hot and cold, stove/burners very beat up and the pots/pans/dishes are the owners throw aways from many years ago. Hot tub cover and patio needs repairs to the interface and the cover needs replacing. A/C and heat work well and you get to sleep in due to the dense tree coverage filtering out most morning and evening sun.
