The hotel is very convenient and the staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was good and the rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was very firm.

Ruhiges Hotel in parkähnlicher Umgebung.

Obwohl die Reservierung und Bezahlung bei ebookers nicht beim Hotel angekommen war, wurden wir herzlich empfangen und erhielten zwei schöne Zimmer mit beidseitiger Privat-Terrasse. Der Elefantenausritt begeisterte alle, das Elefantenduschen war ein herrlicher Spektakel. Die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage schätzten wir sehr.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und Hilfsbereit, das Essen durchschnittlich, die Zimmer abgewohnt und wurden nicht gereinigt, das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis passt nicht! Zu guter letzt war ein Bezahlen mit Kreditkarten nicht möglich (4 Karten) Das Rainforest war das schlechteste Hotel auf unserer Reise durch Nepal.
