Poor Management

Manager would not honor our reservation for an AC room. Put us in a fan room and told us we would have to pay more if we wanted the AC room we already paid for. Told us we could cancel the reservation if we were not happy and now we have to fight for a refund. Very dishonest.

Nice clean rooms, peaceful gardens in a quiet area

We enjoyed our time in Chautari Resort, the owner is very nice, he arranged our tour in Chitwan National Park for a reasonable price and with great guides that work directly with him... The rooms are really nice, big and comfortable... Food was ok, nothing fancy but good. On the day of our departure the owner arranged some bus tickets for us, and took a percentage of the fare, that's common practice and since he dropped us at the bus station it was fair enough...

Alles war sehr gut. Der Hotelbesitzer war sehr hilfsbereit und ein echtes Organisations-Genie. Das Hotel ist ruhig gelegen und zu Fuß das Ortszentrum und der Eingang zum Nationalpark zu erreichen. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Gaby & Helmut

The host and his wife are very friendly and provide all information what we need. Picking up, booking tickets and jungle packages. They give us a comfortable stay and unforgettable jungle adventures there.
