Ook bij ons appartement was er nogal wat achterstallig onderhoud, mn op het terras: kapotte ligstoel en de andere was versleten. Lampen waren kapot. Er was dus geen licht 's avonds. Verder was er een groot lek vanaf de etage erboven. In onze slaapkamer lekte het ook langs de muur, zodat ons bed nat geworden is. Het zwembad was...

Schade fanden wir auch, daß es möglich war, nach vorheriger Anfrage eine Wohnung in der 1. Etage zu bekommen. Die Wohnung war teilweise verwohnt. Wie in der Mail schon geschrieben, hatten wir den Eindruck, das von IHNEN nicht genug besichtigt wird.Gilt auch für das Personal, die die Wohnungen vor Neueinzug nicht korrekt besichtigen und so herrichten, dass man zufrieden ist."
