Some of the staff were a bit unprofessional. No soap, towels, or washcloths available in the room. Even found used cans of fogger laying in the bathrooms

Host was extremely helpful both before we arrived and throughout our stay. He made our comfort a top priority and was very dedicated to ensuring we had a good stay.The pool was huge and heated to a great temp, and our kids loved the arcade games!Our family had a great time overall!
