Perfect location

Great location in Sagatuck

We loved this apartment! It is located in a perfect spot for exploring Sagatuck. The apartment itself is charming, comfortable and well equipped. Would definitely go there again!!

Perfect Location

The condo is clean and perfectly located for visiting beautiful Saugatuck. It is central to everything and two of the town's best restaurants are directly across the street. The deck, which overlooks the river and marina, is just icing on the cake.

We had a great time!

Beautiful condo in a great downtown location. Easy to walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Condo was clean and well stocked. Loved the patio! We had no problem finding street parking. It was an excellent condo, highly recommend and would stay again!

Cool getaway

Excellent unit and location . Loved the openness and natural lighting . Had all the amenities of home and more. Surprised by 2 flights of stairs, but we conquered them which was good for us . Loved that it was centrally located, we walked all around town . No problem with parking. Saugatuck is magical !

Fun trip with friends

We met up with friends from out of state here for a weekend with them and their children. The location was perfect, as was the outdoor area and size of the condo. We were able to easily pick up dinner within walking distance and make trips to the park. The steep stairs to the condo and noise on Saturday night were the only real detractors.

Family Trip to Saugatuk

Great location with the ability to walk around downtown! The rooftop patio was perfect for our family get away - our little goes to bed early and my wife and I were still able to enjoy the sunset over the river while listening to the sounds of downtown. Bonus we were able to get to-go drinks from New Holland spirits right below the condo. Parking was street parking which can be limited but was manageable. Great spot, would stay again.

Short Stay in Saugatuck over Halloween Weekend

My husband and I met our son and his wife for a weekend in Saugatuck. I loved the property! It was in great shape (clean, updated and everything else you would look for in a rental property), and it was centrally located in downtown Saugatuck. It was fun being in Saugatuck over the weekend leading up to Halloween and the location of the condo was perfect to take advantage of the festivities. Slight downside was that the condo was over a bar, so it got a bit noisy on Saturday night but it quieted down at 10pm which was perfect timing. Would definitely go again!

I first would like to say thanks for the use of your rental it was all great except it could have been a little cleaner . Being a past owner of rental cleaning properties , I noticed things that I would have never let get missed . Dust under beds and dusty floors , pictures, shelves , knickknacks not dusted and cabinets doors not wiped down or smudged stainless . Thanks,

Great location right in the heart of downtown Saugatuk. The deck was wonderful for relaxing and enjoying the weather. Decor in the place was nice. Beds were comfortable. Easy check in and check out. We’d stay here again.

This property is not suitable for elderly guests, guests with mobility limitations, or anyone looking for comfortable accommodations.We booked three nights but checked out after the first night. The location is excellent; however, the listing fails to disclose that the unit can only be accessed by climbing two full flights of stairs. I was traveling with my 78-year-old mother. She made it up the stairs, but she did not want to repeatedly navigate them to enjoy downtown Saugatuck.Staying inside was not much better. The sofa very worn and has no support. The two blue chairs are extremely uncomfortable. Then there is the "new king bed." The bed consists of a worn foam topper on top of the mattress - you sink the second you lay down and wake with back pain. It was disgusting.The first night, I called the host, had to connect to the emergency line and spoke with Steve. He said someone would call the next morning and see if another property was available. No one called. After two unanswered calls the next morning, we checked out. I finally reached Kevin on a third call - he was exceedingly eager to escalate the matter and offered no accommodation, alternative property, refund, or credit despite our leaving after only one night. He literally said, "bring it, let's go."Guests should also be aware that the view shown in the listing photos is not accurate - the view is obstructed by HVAC equipment on The Butler. The picture in the listing is clearly altered.

Great view and nice layout

This spot was perfect for me, my partner, our teenage daughter and her friend. The apartment had more than enough room for all of us and a great view of the harbor. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
