Just a short drive away from Oval Beach, Fennville, Holland, and many other local sights and attractions. Open concept living on the main level which features a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, sitting area with TV, a full bathroom with a tub, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed. Upper level has a private master suite complete with a queen bed and bath with a walk-in shower. New as of October 2020, all bedrooms now have their own air conditioning units for maximum comfort. Enjoy the spacious outside, upper level deck with a view of the water which is the perfect spot for relaxing in the morning or enjoying an evening cocktail. Great condo & location

The condo was a perfect location as downtown & the waterfront was only a moments walk away! The host and the condo itself was very cozy and accommodating. Loved the outdoor upper patio & the open concept of the first floor which made it easy to hang out with my family. The host messaged us ahead of time with lots of restaurant recommendations and suggestions on what to do in the area. Had no issues with parking as the unit had a dedicated space. It was a perfect mini getaway!

Fantastic property and experience

The property was a great location for walking in Saugatuck. Parking was very convenient too. The apartment was clean and beautiful with lots of homey touches and the bed was cozy. Ciro was very responsive and accommodating. Zero complaints!

Great Time in Saugatuck

Fun decor! Very clean! The location can't be beat close to shops, restaurants, the marinas and the park. Nice to be able to park and walk around the town.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great views of the water. Everything we needed for our short stay. Very clean. The condo was perfect. We have never stayed in the town itself prior to this stay. It was a little more active, some music and people enjoying themselves until at least midnight, than we anticipated for being in the off season.
