Open concept living on the main level which features a fully equipped kitchen, small balcony, sitting area with TV, a full bathroom with a tub, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, and a second bedroom with 1 queen bed. Upper level has a private master suite complete with a queen bed and bath with a walk-in shower. New as of October 2020, all bedrooms now have their own air conditioning units for maximum comfort. Great condo & location

The condo was a perfect location as downtown & the waterfront was only a moments walk away! The host and the condo itself was very cozy and accommodating. Loved the outdoor upper patio & the open concept of the first floor which made it easy to hang out with my family. The host messaged us ahead of time with lots of restaurant recommendations and suggestions on what to do in the area. Had no issues with parking as the unit had a dedicated space. It was a perfect mini getaway!

Girl’s Getaway

Check-in and location couldn’t have been better. Condo was clean and air conditioning on first floor was great, second story was not as good. Kitchen was well stocked. Unfortunately first floor with 2 bedrooms were above a restaurant that played music with strong base from 5 to after midnight which made it hard to sleep. Would not recommend for older adults who go to bed around 10 or children, great for active younger adults who enjoy nightlife. Sheets and towels were very soft! Location could not have been better, close to stores and great restaurants! Enjoyed our experiences in Saugatuck, Douglas and Holland! Thanks!

Good time in Saugatauk!

We had a nice stay in the condo. There was plenty of room for our family of four. Great proximity to town that was just steps away. Owners provided us with a lot of recommendations too. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.

Great Location!

We had the most relaxing time. We love the area so much and it always feels like coming home. The condo was so conveniently located, so we pretty much walked everywhere, which is the best part of a getaway for us. The doors to the bedrooms and bath were sticking when closed, so whenever we’d get up to use the restroom we’d wake each other up. The unit could have been a tiny bit cleaner, but bathrooms were fine and beds were very comfortable.

Great location!

I loved the location and rooftop patio. Perfect to walk around Saugatuck. I thought the property needs a deep clean. Noticeable dust on vents and curtains. Walls were thin so you heard neighbors. Parking was also a bit of a challenge on the weekend with the town more full. We had one issue with tub drainage and owner was super responsive.

Upgraded and clean condo

Overall the check in/check out was convenient & simple. Parking was right in front of the stairs to go up to the condo! Only used 1 bedroom and living room. Ate out so never used the kitchen, roof top deck or second floor but all was clean and beautiful. Bathtub on the 1st floor was plugged and would never drain. Was a noisy stay due to loud neighbors and restaurant below until about midnight. Loud again from 4am on due to garbage trucks, etc at the local businesses.

Beware

Water leaked in main floor bedroom in the middle of the night. There was evidence it had been happened for a while because the paint had bulged all down the wall due to water behind it. I was only able to contact the host because he left the previous owners number. She gave me his number. He came right out in the morning and “fixed” it. He said it happened before when I spoke to him on the phone. He refused to talk to us when he arrived or look in room. Sent me rude texts when I asked to either get a different unit or get refund and not stay 2nd night. VRBO tech had trouble with English language and could not comprehend the situation. VRBO automatically sided with landlord even though I had taken out insurance.

Great location / mechanical difficulty

We liked everything about this property, but mechanical noise (HVAC?) in the next building prevented sleeping in the top-floor master bedroom. The manager confirmed the problem but couldn't get it fixed before we left.

The condo was clean, comfortable and close to all the restaurants and shops in Saugatuck. The rooftop deck was great and our host was very responsive. We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the dog friendliness.

Fantastic property and experience

The property was a great location for walking in Saugatuck. Parking was very convenient too. The apartment was clean and beautiful with lots of homey touches and the bed was cozy. Ciro was very responsive and accommodating. Zero complaints!

Could not take a bath!

We loved the property and the location!! but I am not a shower person. I take a bubble bath each evening but could not do so there. The soap is up high so that would not work. Fortunately we had a bar of soap so I was already to pour in the bubble bath and we could not get the plug to plug . So any water just drained out. Alas....

Great place

My wife and I enjoyed our stay. Great views of the water. Everything we needed for our short stay. Very clean. The condo was perfect. We have never stayed in the town itself prior to this stay. It was a little more active, some music and people enjoying themselves until at least midnight, than we anticipated for being in the off season.
