"Check in was easy. Sultan was friendly and nice and spoke really good English. The helpers helped carry the bags from the vehicle to the room. The apartment and rooms were clean. The location is really good. Short walking distance to stores and restaurants. They accommodates a late check out as well. The rooms are not and the apartment is spacious. Highly recommend it for families. Kids have able space. I decided to stay again in the same hotel on me return to fly out of jeddah. Highly recommend the place. "

"This is a very good hotel in the Al Salama neighbourhood of Jeddah. I was allowed a slightly early check in by fron staff, Samih, who was very kind and considerate. On the day of my check-in, however, there were wifi range issues. But Faazil, the IT manager fixed it well after some follow ups from my end. The breakfast staff was very welcoming. Food was okay; the staff at the live counter were very prompt. It's an easy location for Uber drivers to find. There's an Al Baik takeaway store right opposite the hotel. Fairly good location if you want to avoid the more expensive hotels near the Corniche or closer to Al Balad. This one's reachable within 20-25 minutes from both."

"The address on Hotel.com is incorrect! No one knew the apartment by Moments and the address is for a pharmacy called Al Nahdi on Hira Street. After finally getting through to the management of the apartment, I was informed that the appartment block is actually called 'Lahdat' and further down Hira Street. Other then that, we enjoyed our stay at Lahdat. "
