"The owner of the property was great, very friendly and super flexible. The room was lovely, clean and spacious with a very short drive to Eastgate and Bedford Centre not too far away "

Kagiso was our waiter for lunch and supper and very attentive. We will be back again!!!"

"The unit was well kept, charming, yet modern. The location was perfect, only a few minutes walk to the shops. The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this place. "

"The overall experience was just okay… upon arrival we didn’t get much help because we paid online so that was a problem for them and so we had to wait, the rooms were clean nothing too exciting, we also had to ask for toiletries cause the room wasn’t prepared for us and the dstv wasn’t paid for."

"The staff is nice but they advertised a full kitchen, coffee and tea makers, etc. they don't even have cups. I brought my own coffee and just needed a cup for hot water and they said they don't have any at all and there's nothing they can do. Why would they advertise a kitchen with no dishes or utensils? Why would they advertise coffee and tea makers with no cups to drink them? Even when I pushed it they said they won't do anything.
Also while there was a small fridge in my room the only power outlet in the entire room including the bathroom was where the fridge was plugged in so I couldn't even use the fridge if I wanted to charge anything. The accommodation is fine but don't expect to be able to use the kitchen, fridge, coffee/tea maker."
"A lovely hotel, and welcoming and helpful staff. Our room was spacious and nicely-designed with our own indoor and outdoor shower, and a soothing spa-like feel. Dinners and breakfasts at the restaurant were excellent and a personal tour around town was everything we’d hoped for. It’s a wonderful oasis in the city. "
"Everything was excellent. The only thing I would comment on is that the restaurant was a bit too expensive. Paul's in the Melrose Arch which is one of the most upmarket restaurants in the area was cheaper."
