Awesome hotel right on the best beach of the island. Breakfast buffet was great wih many things to chose from. Staff very friendly and room wa spacious.

It has a very small beachfront for size of property. Limited Sun chairs very little shade. Too mainly long boats on shore. Hard to swim. Hot food cold at breakfast but has fruit salad and toast.

The resort is pretty outdated, the shower head was caked in sediments and overall super basic cheap looking appliances. Also only one single outlet in the room (and not near the bed). I stayed at idyllic resort next door first (had to change resorts because I extended my stay on the island and there were no rooms left there), and the quality of stay was significantly better at Idyllic. Some examples: 1, When Anda resort figured out I was the only person staying in the room, they look away a set of pillows on the bed (seriously?) 2, They give you a beach towel card that allowed 1 towel a day, and you have to trade in your towel (going upstairs into the lobby to do so) to get the card back—they also charge 2000baht if you lose the plastic towel card. 3, They won’t help you set up the beach chairs (minor annoyance but idyllic helps and also helps you set up an umbrella) . Anda pros: 1, I had the beach front villa so the saving grace was the view and the porch was a very nice touch. That alone made the stay memorable. There is only 3 beach front villas so definitely book in advance! 2, The resort looks super cute walking through it. 3, The staff is friendly. 4, There are mosquito nets protecting the bed. 5, Idyllic and Anda are on the far side of sunrise beach so there aren’t as many boats parked in front of the beach as the other resorts.

The best thing about this Hotel is the location and the beautiful beach...we were there with 2 kids and they manage to even snorkel just few steps away frm our room and discovered more than 10 species of fishes... We were very dissapointed with the bathroom and the water supply...it was very little...hardly could shower properly.... The staffs...most of them was very friendly especially Ms Ann n Ms Beer at the reception...Ms Ann was so helpful and took the extra mile just to make sure we are happy with our rooms.. but we were very dissapointed with the MARKETING MANAGER MR JOHN...he was very cold towards us and was rude with a long face all yhe time ...even when we smiled at him...he just stared back... To the owner of this hotel...overall...we loved our stay here and will definitely recommend all our family n friends to come over to yr place too....and we will for sure return n stay at yr hotel again....the location is simply PERFECT.....but just hoping that staff like Mr John...learns some ethics and treat his customers well..probably he should go for some training on this!!!!!

Not worth it for the price - look elsewhere
Pretty disappointed. I would never recommend staying at the Anda. The rooms are old, crusty, so loud and they shake whenever anyone walks around. The up and downstairs huts have zero sound protection so you can hear everything as if you’re in the same room. Tons of brown liquid on the floor of the bathroom when we arrived - other guests said the same. Food a la carte was great but not cheap. Breakfast buffet was whack. Location was great - close to walk its street but on the beach and away from the craziness of Pattaya Beach. The two neighboring properties looked awesome. Would not ever stay at Anda again.

Nice resort, not very relaxing due to building wok
Very nice resort on the beach and a large swimmung pool, which is great for kids. Unfortunately our room was right next to a building site - there's building everywhere on Lipe now. Paid 30,000 Baht for 5 nights (incl 1000 baht per night for a mattress on the floor for my daughter!!!) over Xmas and looked forward to a nice relaxing time. Unfortunately our stay was constantly ruined by the building work and don't see how they can justify charging this much. I would stay here again, but would have to be a lot cheaper and no building happening.

Great location, and a guess that is what you pay for. A/C was working but not efficient, water flow in the shower was poor too. Linen and towels were a bit worn and stained. Staff very helpful and friendly.

The island is a beautiful place with some nice people,but I find it hard to understand that when it is low season & there are not many tourists,service falls ,no one really cares if you are there or not ,1 arriving at anda resort we checked in ,unpacked & then decided to try the hotel food,we were met with staff that were not helpful,&f slow,we orderd two meals one was delivers promptly the other took 25 mins,that I don't understand because we were the only people there!! 2 time for breakfast,that was horrible! Eggs uncooked ,bacon burnt & cold ,toaster not working well juice warm.very dissapointed with all of there food .3 we then decided to try a pineapple juice from the bar,that was excellent but that was the first & last time we could get one because they say they have run out of pineapples ,I find that hard to believe? From that point we never went back to resort restaurant. We did have some great food around the Island & some excellent hospitality ,I would probably not visit the island again.

The only thing I like about Anda resort is the beach!! The water is so nice and clear . The room is just ok I stayed at the second floor with balcony type. The shower taste lightly salty . The water pressure of the faucet for the sink is extremely low . The breakfast are buffet style but didn't seem prepared and served properly. There are ants on the serving table and flies are everywhere . The staff didn't seem cared

No value for money, lack of customer focus
For USD 200 per night, this place does not offer what it should. When you check in at reception, the area is somewhat unkempt and opens only 8am. We did not have transport waiting for us at the arrivals/ immigration at ko lipe. We had to call the hotel. 7.30am when food comes out fresh from the kitchen. It's cold. No heating mechanism to keep it warm. They served Nescafé It is unbeatable that the single bungalow is right on the beach. But it feels and looks tired inside. It could use a brighter bathroom and more care in getting the room conducive. Housekeeping is not up to standard. Bathrooms are not cleaned and there is always a stale smell. Everything is left as is. There is also no natural light in the bathroom, making it rather dingy and somewhat dark during the daytime. There is no monitoring of people using the sun deck chairs. We've often had people who are not staying in the resort using the deck recliners in front of our room. Making it impossible for us to get one. The beach towels provided are in poor condition and sometimes still damp. On the last day we had an influx of hong Kong tourist by a charter which made the situation even worse. The hotel needs a focus on service and value for the customers. The employees were friendly but lack leadership for services. Overall I would give anda resort a two to three stars.

Ok hotel if you have a room by the beach
Ok hotel if you have a room by the beach. The entrance from the beach is fine, the entrance from the main street is a total building site, there is not even a sign for the hotel. We had a good room very close to the beach. If I had a room by the pool I would not have been happy due to the building works that looks like it has been going on for a year or two and looks like it has a few more years until completion. Breakfast was very nice and so were the room. Location wise I personally feel it was a bit out the way of the nice restaurants, bars and general nightlife. This island is not party central at night so if you do stay closer to the action you will not be disturbed. We also stayed on Walking Street, The Box which was a great location.

It was our second stay at the hotel. we asked for a room by the beach and we were booked by the pool side! Finally get to have a beach view but for only 2 nights.We had to move to another room again because there was a leak.... Also we found the breakfast boring and the hotel serve the same food every day. The positive aspect is the site, wonderful beach, clean quite. We regret though that they expand the hotel adding concrete to this wonderful environment.

Great location but undergoing MAJOR building work
Good hotel but it is currently undergoing a massive renovation. This means lots of loud work going on from about 8am until around 7-8pm. The pool area and main entrance was a proper building site. However I reckon in about 6 months all will be finished and it will be a much bigger and fresher hotel. Location is amazing. Right in sunrise beach an about a 5 minute walk to the walking street (where most of the bars and shops are). The sunrise beach is fantastic during the day, lovely sand and water that's crystal clear. Restaurant is a bit prices for the island but it does serve very nice food- western and Asian. Staff are really nice and all of them have time to talk and help in whatever way they can. I would probably stay here again after the building work is done.

A bit dated and in need of a sprute up. No hand soap in bathroom, only shampoo, conditioner and bath foam. Fantastic beach right outside the hotel and bar. Breakfast is ok, but not great. Only white toast and no bacon as it is a pork-free restaurant. Food is more expensive than elsewhere on the island.

Hotellet ved bedre end forventet. Billederne er ikke retvisende. Virkeligheden er meget bedre. Værelset virkede nyt og lækkert. Værelserne er bygget ind i omgivelserne som giver en eksotisk oplevelse. Fin pool og dejlig strand.

Måtte bytte rom tre ganger i løpet av 13 dager. Alle vennene våre fikk også rom de ikke hadde bestilt og måtte flytte.Internett virket nesten aldri .virker bare i restauranten, ikke på rommene. Få solsenger og møkkete puter. Slitene støvete rom . Få av personalet som skjønte engelsk . Betalte alt for mye for et slitent Hotel 😏

Till synes ser hotellet ut att vara en mysig stugby vid vattnet, vilket visserligen är sant. Men vid entrén till hotellet möts du av sopor i drivor och en otrolig stank av kloak, som i sin tur blir en del av hela din vistelse. Internatet var i stort sett obefintligt, maten på restaurangen var undermålig, lika så drinkarna. Rummet hade några nackdelar det också, toaletten är gammal och luktar även den kloak i stort sett hela tiden, kylen i rummet är lagd över kortbrytaren. Dvs att när du tar med din nyckeln så stängs kyl av och allt där i blir ganska omgående varmt. Lyhört.

El personal de recepción fue muy amable. Ubicado en una linda playa, aunque plagada de longtail boats, con lo cual uno tiene que estar siempre atento a no ser atropellado. Buena iluminación, cama cómoda. Cuando llegué, la habitación que tenía asignada estaba ocupada por otro huésped, y me mandaron a otra. Estaban las alfombras de baño que habían sido usadas por los ocupantes anteriores. Aunque lo informé, no las cambiaron. La habitación estaba sucia, la cama y toallas cubiertas de polvo. El único toallero, además de oxidado y roto, estaba pegajoso de la suciedad. Nunca lo limpiaron, por lo tanto, nunca lo pude usar.

Mauvais rapport qualité prix, salle de bain très sale, piscine sale, petit déjeuner basique, serviettes de plage trouée... pour le prix on ne s’y retrouve pas. Heureusement la plage est magnifique mais nous avons rapidement changé d’hôtel. Le personnel est très agréable pourtant.

Personal sehr freundlich. Das Hotel liegt sehr gut am Ende des Sunrise Beach, kaum Boote vor der Anlage am Strand. Tolles Hausriff zum Schnorcheln. Der Ausblick aus unserem Villa war super. Hatten die Deluxe Seaview Villa 111 . Frühstück war nicht berauschend. Kann die Anlage und den Strandabschnitt empfehlen.

Very beautiful place! The bungalows are made with love! Tha staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is very good. Great capuccino! Only one thing was not good: on the terrace is a confortable swing chair. But only one can sit confortable. Maybe you could put 2 of these lovely swingchairs?

- La plage est très agréable et la situation de l’hotel est bien situé pour la plage. - L’etat de notre chambre face à la piscine était vraiment pas rassurante, insectes en tout genres !! - chambre vétuste - salle de bain à rafraîchir !!  Ça ne valais pas le montant payé !!
