"We would stay here again. Enter Kita Akabane station as your starting point in google maps for train directions or it will sometimes send you to a station a much further walk away. Avoid the trains from 0700-1030 unless you love crowds…next level crowds. Grocery store, McDonalds and other restaurants by the station. AC worked good. Plenty hot water. They show you how to use the elevators and where the other amenities are that you can grab for free as much as you like. The location is 3 minute walk from the South Gate of the station and so many restaurants around. There are also Lawson, mini-stop and other conbini stores just less than a minute walk outside. There’s a cafe and Indian restaurant at the first floor/lobby. The building is next to firefighters HQ but never heard any loud sirens at night while there. It’s relatively quiet and peaceful."
