"We have three children, ages 16, 13, and 9. It’s hard to find a place where everyone is comfortable and happy and has their own space, but Nelly’s home was PERFECT!The layout is nice, the neighborhood is quiet, and my golf loving son had a blast with the putting green. Everything was clean, the laundry room made packing easier, and it was nice having a driveway to park in. Our only complaint was that it was too chilly to enjoy the pool, but we’d love to come back during warmer weather to enjoy...

"An amazing place to stay. Clean, well furnished, spacious. The neighborhood felt family friendly and safe. It was a rainy weekend so we didn’t walk around but would have enjoyed it. Backyard was gorgeous with flowers and hummingbirds and a basketball hoop too. Games, extra linens, cooking basics all provided. Owner was friendly and easy to contact though we never needed anything. Would definitely stay again if we’re in the area."

"The house is in a very nice neighborhood not far from the 101 Fwy in Oxnard. This was very convenient to go back & forth to my daughter's house in Camarillo over the holidays. It was also nice to be so near a Target store for groceries and last minute needs. I would recommend this house to families or a group of friends."
