The Space:

From the top-floor balcony of Oceanpoint 611, you look out over open water, feel the salt breeze come off the ocean, and — if the timing is right — watch a rocket arc across the Space Coast sky. This is a quiet, unhurried place to land: one bedroom, one bath, and all the ocean you could ask for.

The living area is open and light-filled, with large sliding glass doors that connect the interior to the balcony and draw the ocean into every corner of the room. Reclining sofas and a smart TV make it easy to spend a slow evening in, while a dedicated workspace means you can get things done without giving up your coastal backdrop. The layout is thoughtfully arranged for two - generous enough to feel comfortable, compact enough to feel like a retreat.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom fits a king bed dressed in crisp white linens, with a ceiling fan overhead and a smart TV if you want one. Built-in storage keeps things organized, and the room is quiet enough to sleep well after a day in the sun.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use - stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a dishwasher, oven, stovetop, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. Cooking basics, dishes, and silverware are all provided.
