The space
Spacious 2/1 left townhouse in the inside corner of a quiet street of the barrier island of Satellite Beach.
Dedicated workspace next to dining area.
Hallway bathroom is just outside bedrooms.

Guest access
Guest may gain access to the townhouse anytime after check-in with deadbolt code. The townhouse is setup completely for guest use and everything is accessible to guests with the exception of the locked hallway utility closet.

Other things to note
We have a Keurig single cup coffee maker.
The thermostat has a lower limit of 69 degrees to prevent the unit from freezing.

This place fit our needs perfectly!. We were in town to attend a wedding so only stayed 2 nights. My husband and daughter were able to walk to the beach in the morning in about 20 minutes. The house was clean and really comfortable. It had everything we needed. We were able to bring our dog so the private fenced in back yard was very convenient for her. We really enjoyed our stay here!

We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer! Very light and bright in a nice safe neighborhood. Furniture was very clean and comfortable. Had a great night sleep on the comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with utensil's and dishes. My wife was so happy about the great water pressure in the shower! We would love to stay here again.
