  • The Lasser holiday apartment, approximately 63 m² in size, is located on the second floor of a modern new building (built in 2025) with a total of five holiday apartments. It is bright, cheerfully furnished, and offers plenty of space for couples or families. There are two separate bedrooms—a master bedroom with a 1.80-meter-wide double bed and a desk, and a smaller children’s bedroom with a 1.40-meter-wide double bed.

    The open living area invites you to relax with a cosy sofa corner and two armchairs. A fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher, refrigerator, and dining area provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower.

    From the living area, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony overlooking the quiet courtyard—perfect for a relaxing end to the day. The famous Sassnitz fishing and yacht harbour, home to Europe’s longest outer pier, is only about 500 metres away and invites you to take a stroll and enjoy the atmosphere.

    A private parking space right next to the house and free Wi-Fi are available. Pets are welcome for a fee. The washing machines, which you can use with coin-operated machines, are located in the basement of the house.
