Schöne Wohnung - aber ...

Schöne Wohnung, aber mehr auf moderne Optik als auf Wohnqualität ausgerichtet. Die Kissen sind grausam, das Bett sehr weich. In der Küche befindet sich ein kpl. 12-teiliges Service mit Schüsseln, Eierbechern, Massen an Gläsern usw. - aber kein Sieb um abends mal ein paar Nudeln zu kochen. Die Stühle beim Esstisch sind unbequem. Die Couch auch nicht unbedingt besser. Und der Fernseher steht auf einem 10 cm hohen Podest auf dem Fußboden. Der Garten ist Privatbesitz und darf nicht betreten werden, obwohl kein Mensch den benutzt. Wurde vom Mieter im OG gleich am ersten Tag drauf hingewiesen!!! Auch gibt es keine Infomappe bezügl. Geräte bzw Mülltrennung usw. Muss man sich alles irgendwie selber zusammenreimen. Und es gab nur EINEN SCHLÜSSEL, mal getrennt was unternehmen ist also auch nicht so ohne weiteres möglich. Mit Meerblick ist's bei dieser Wohnung nichts, liegt zur Straße raus. Toll ist jedoch die Größe und die Lage der Wohnung, und der dazugehörige Parkplatz vorm Haus.
