Here you’ll find good restaurants and cafés with cozy outdoor seating. The sailing and fishing harbor—with many other dining options—the famous Sassnitz pier, and the city center itself are all just a short distance from the picturesque old town. From here, you can take relaxing walks in the Jasmund National Park or along the cliffs.
The building has a total of 11 apartments, some of which offer a view of the sea. Each apartment comes with a parking space. The parking spaces are located about 300 meters away, behind City Hall, in the parking lot at the corner of Schult-Kruse-Straße and Ringstraße.

Light-Blue Apartment:
This vacation rental is located on the first floor and is decorated in light colors with blue accents on the furniture and curtains. The bedroom features a double bed and a large wardrobe. The living room has a cozy couch that can be pulled out into a sleeper sofa upon request, as well as a flat-screen TV.

The vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor and offers a magnificent view stretching from Sassnitz across the Baltic Sea to Binz, as well as a view of the old town of Sassnitz on Rügen.The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen, a Senseo pod coffee maker, a flat-screen TV with a DVD player, and a mini stereo system.
