This modern city villa, newly built in 2023 and featuring several residential units, is centrally located in the port city of Sassnitz, not far from the church and city hall, right next to Jasmund National Park. The national park’s vast beech forest begins just a few metres from the property, and the city centre—with its numerous shops and restaurants—is right in front of the house. The city harbour and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The “Mehr vom Meer” holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor of the building and features two covered balconies with lounge furniture and sun loungers.
This spacious, bright 3-room apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows has a living area of 98 square metres and is equipped to accommodate 5 people.
Each of the two bedrooms has a comfortable double box-spring bed; one of the bedrooms also has an extra bed for a fifth person.
The living room features a comfortable sofa, armchairs, a flat-screen TV, and a radio. One section of the living area also features a large dining table.
The kitchen is separate. The modern, built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, wall-mounted oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other standard amenities such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A Nespresso capsule coffee machine is also available.
