Supermarkets and shopping options are nearby, as are numerous restaurants and cafes. An Asian restaurant is located right in the building.

It is situated in a very quiet location in the inner courtyard of the apartment building.
In addition to two modernly furnished rooms, a wooden terrace with patio furniture invites you to relax.
The living room, featuring two sofas, a dining table, and a TV and radio, has an open-concept kitchen.
The bright and modern built-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, electric stove, oven, and microwave.
The spacious bathroom with natural light features a very roomy, walk-in glass shower, as well as a toilet and sink.
The bedroom has a large double bed (180/200 cm) and three wardrobes with full-length mirrors.

A parking space is not included with the apartment. Our recommendation: Use the large public car park at the city harbour, which is only about 200 metres away.
Or look for a public parking spot in the surrounding area. Right in front of the building on Hafenstraße, there is a parking lane where you can park by the hour (using a parking disc), making it convenient to load and unload. There is a bike rack in the courtyard.
