Overbooked and sent me to a terrible place. They still had higher priced rooms on Expedia, and instead of upgrading us, they sent us to a dirty motel. Expedia had to find another solution once I called.

Es hat uns leider überhaupt nicht gefallen. Der Preis war absolut nicht gerechtfertigt. Ein NVA Bau im nirgendwo 🙈 Frühstück war allerdings ok.

Bei der Ankunft war das Hotel nicht besetzt. Nach telefonischer Rückfrage,die an der Hoteltür klebte, würde uns mitgeteilt,das das Hotel geschlossen ist und wir ein anderes Hotel nehmen mussten. Wir wurden in einem Gartenhaus mit 15Quadratmeter incl. Bad untergebracht. Vielen Dank Expedia

Umbuchung

..hatte Hotel Staphel gebucht und erfuhr bei Ankunft durch Aushang (datiert Anfang September) an der Rezeption, dass ich mich im Hotel Königslinie an der Rezeption melden möchte (ca. 1,5 km entfernt). Ich hatte Ende September gebucht, keine Info von Hotels.com und war irritiert. Bei Ankunft im Hotel erfuhr ich, dass ich umgebucht wurde und dort ein Zimmer habe. Da das Hotel bereits vom Äußeren und von der besseren Lage ansprechend war, kam mir das sehr entgegen. Ich bekam einen kleinen Bungalow mit Kühlschrank, Terrasse und bequemen Doppelbett. Einzig die Sitzgelegenheiten fand ich sehr unbequem und nahm einen der bequemen Korbsessel von der Terrasse. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr umfangreich, wurde immer wieder neu bestückt, Brötchen warm. Personal dort sehr aufmerksam. Fußläufig 5 Minuten befindet sich eine Bäckereiproduktion...leckerer Kuchen und nettes Cafe. Ich war sehr zufrieden mit meinem Aufenthalt dort,hätte mir nur Vorab Info über Hotelwechsel gewünscht.

Das Hotel liegt ideal, wenn man mit der Fähre von Sassnitz starten will und eine Zwischenübernachtung braucht. In 10 min ist man von dort aus am Fährterminal. Alles ist sauber und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück bekommt man auch schon vor der Zeit, wenn man früh zur Fähre muss. Das Hotel liegt etwas abgelegen, so dass man zum Schlafen absolute Ruhe hat. Die Economy Zimmer sind sehr klein, aber für eine Nacht war das vollkommen ausreichend.

Kort stopp.

Första intrycket var kanske inte så bra,ett hotell byggt på kommunisttiden för personalen som jobbade i en gruva!Men det blev snabbt bättre.Fräscha rum och bekväma sängar,en riktigt bra frukost som kunde avnjutas både inomhus o utomhus på terassen.En bra restaurang inom gångavstånd och nära till fina stränder.

Hyggeligt, familiær stemning, venligt personale. Lidt afsides beliggende, men så er der ro. Nej det er ikke et luksushotel, men nydeligt og rent. 83 euro pr. nat en meget fin morgenmad incl. og gratis parkering, hvad mere kan man ønske sig.

Nice if traveling by car

Enjoyable stay overall, pleasant setting in the woods and very nice personnel. Some things that were not as great: 1. Location is far removed from nearest towns and any sort of facilities like restaurants or shops. The only bus stop is a 15-Minute walk away, buses run ONCE AN HOUR (none of this is an issue if you’re traveling by car, which we weren’t). 2. The pillows are 100% flat and provide zero head support. This is a running theme in Germany for some reason. 3. The included breakfast was a great touch, and very necessary since there is nowhere else around to have it. However, some of the cut up fruit and vegetables looked like they’ve been reused from day(s) before, which didn’t exactly stimulate the appetite.

Der äußere Eindruck machte uns erstmal skeptisch. Die Umgebung ist leider nicht sehr einladend, wenn auch sehr ruhig. Überrascht wurden wir jedoch beim Betreten des Hotels. Alles machte einen ordentlichen und sauberen Eindruck. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch auf Sonderwünsche wurde eingegangen. Das Frühstück war übersichtlich, aber gut. Alles in allem überzeugte uns das Hotel mit seinem gemütlichen Gesamteindruck, für längere Aufenthalte würden wir uns jedoch für ein anderes Hotel entscheiden; 2-3 Nächte kann man hier jedoch gut verbringen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist unschlagbar.

Empfehlenswert für Fahrrad-Bornholm-Ferien!

Wir wurden an der Rezeption freundlich begrüsst. Das Zimmer und die Umgebung war ok. Es ist nicht weit zur Fähre nach Bornholm. Das Auto konnten wir für 2.- €/Tag stehen lassen und fanden bei der Rückkehr alles in Ordnung.

Wir haben für unser verlängertes Wochenende auf Rügen ein günstiges, gut liegendes Hotel gesucht und mit diesem Hotel haben wir es auch gefunden. Ruhig gelegen, sehr nettes Personal und sehr sauber.
