The apartment features two tastefully furnished bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double box-spring bed, two nightstands with reading lamps, a large closet, and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom features a high-quality single box-spring bed, a reading lamp, a closet, and a practical workspace—ideal for guests who want to combine work and relaxation. The beds are freshly made upon your arrival, and a towel package is provided for each guest.

The bright living and dining area with an open kitchen invites you to relax. A comfortable sofa, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining area for three people create a pleasant, cosy atmosphere. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you could need and features a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher, and a wide range of kitchen appliances and utensils.

The elegant bathroom features a bathtub, a walk-in wellness shower, a modern vanity, a makeup mirror, a hair dryer, and a washing machine—ideal even for longer stays.

A special highlight is the furnished, covered balcony, from which you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea —the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast or a cosy way to end the day.

A reserved parking space right next to the house is, of course, available to you. For bicycles and other sports equipment, there is a lockable storage room with charging capabilities, for example, for e-bikes.
