This 92-square-meter, non-smoking first-floor apartment, built in 2006, accommodates up to four people and skilfully combines comfort with an exceptionally beautiful view of the Baltic Sea.

Here, a cosy sofa area invites you to relax in front of the TV, while the fully equipped kitchen—featuring an induction stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—leaves nothing to be desired. Of course, all kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, and tea towels are provided for your convenience. From the adjoining balcony, you can fully enjoy your ocean view while sipping a cup of coffee.

Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights and offer flexible sleeping arrangements for four guests. Bedding, towels, and basic toiletries are provided for you. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirror. The entire property is heated and equipped with Wi-Fi, so you can stay connected at all times.
