"Very clean and nice apartment, but the host monitors the water and heating. We had no heat because he cut it off after the first day. Also, we only had hot water every other day because he cut it off as well. The temperature was in the 30’s at night, and my children and I were freezing. We were so ready to leave. "We loved our spacious suite, the friendly reception staff, and the complimentary water—especially since the jet tub was a huge hit with the kids, the location offered an easy, 25-minute free bus ride to Clervaux, and they even let us leave our baggage before check-in so we could sightsee without heavy luggage; however, while we are aware that pets are allowed, there was a lingering pet odor from a previous stay that wasn't ideal."
