My family and I love to stay here. It's simple and clean. Love the ease of checking in and out. The store in the lobby and the bar have great options and work out when you just want something quick but comforting. The room is beautiful and comfortable.

Very modern, clean and comfortable. A minor annoyance was the entry area light that turned on every time you used the bathroom and stayed on maybe 5 minutes with no obvious way to disable.

Connected to the park, very convenient. Need to pay the luggage fee (M:300yen, L:500yen) at coin lockers if you want to go to the park before c/in. We stayed upstairs but there was no lift so it was hard to go up with large, heavy luggage. They have Onsen in the park (free for hotel users) we didn’t know until we read the info if we knew we would’ve loved to have used it. Overall it was interesting to experience a robot-operating hotel, all the human staff are very nice and the utilities were clean.

The Henna hotel was awesome but the check in was kind of nuts cause the robot check in did not work well so the human worker had to help check us in.Other than that the room was Awesome. Oh also they should have mini buses take you from the park to the hotel til park close. It’s a bit hard when you are handicapped.

Excellent Location for Huis Ten Bosch, Great Price
Excellent location for Huis Ten Bosch, with a private entrance right behind the hotel (no wait!). One robot at check-in “spoke” English, and check in was very easy. Quick walk to shops outside of Huis Ten Bosch for konbini and restaurants. Big bathtub, refrigerator, and safe in room. No coffee, so pick up some drip bags at Family Mart to use with the kettle in the room. Would stay again.

Very Cool
Really cool hotel, I love the technology! It would have been great to sign in via the dinosaur and hologram counter (only for Japanese guests) but still very cool. Quick access to the Huis Ten Bosch park through a side entry.

The rooms and toilets are spotless. Lovely environment and concept, but the most annoying thing is that the free hotel parking lot is 10mins away from the hotel. The parking spaces at the venue is not free and charges 1,500 yen for 24 hours.

Was fine.
It was fine really. We went for the quirkiness of this being a “robot hotel” I think we were just expecting a little more for the price tag. Huis ten Bosch seemed to be the only noteworthy thing and to be honest, we didn’t exactly know it existed until we got there. I feel like your paying more for the location to be close to Huis ten Bosh than for the hotel itself.

Brand new concept of Robotic Hotel
This isn't an ordinary hotel, which is a brand new robotic hotel. That's means the hotel try to minimized involvement of human staff, so you'll check-in and check-out by yourself through robots and machines. It makes this hotel so attractive, especially for my kids. The hotel is clean and comfortable, room is clean and cozy. Highly recommend the restaurant Aura, it's a nice place to start a new fresh day.

Figure that hotel accommodation is more about quality service and human touch. The feeling of security is important and therefore, it’s creating a bit of insecurity when guest is surrounded by gadgets that suddenly talk to you ... which may or may not hv camera - evolution of technology Vs human adaptation

I was book wrong day. I arriveled at 9:00 pm. At Nagasaki station. My kids are so tired after 6 hours on Shinkansen . So we went to a closer hotel. They are not refund because of the hotel policy.

I paid extra to have breakfast included in my reservation. However after arriving I was told by the staff this hotel DOES NOT provide breakfast. So in Addition to paying extra for this service I had to then go find a restaurant & pay out of pocket for breakfast. The hotel was overpriced for what was included.

Once in a lifetime experience!
This is a once in a lifetime experience! The hotel has robots that check you in and out and other ones you can interact with. There's a robot in your room named "Julie" that speaks both in English and Japanese that controls lights, air conditioning and can even sing you a song! I cannot help to rammble but...The beds are super soft. The bath is larger than most Japanese baths. The toilet is a state of the art bidet. The restaurant Aura grows their own vegetables and it's delicious. There is even a bar that serves you electronicly, along with a large section of vending drinks. Finally, there's a robot orchestra that plays every 15:00, 16:00 & 21:00. If you are in the area, this is worth the price and the trip!

Strange Hotel, but an Interesting Experience
Wanted to check out the "Robot Hotel" for quite some time. It was OK. Not the best value and I didn't see much of the robots, but I can check it off my list of places to see.

No frills stay!
No frills is what our stay was about. Check in and check out process were simple. Room is very comfortable and have good views of the Huis Ten Bosch amusement park. Minimalistic hotel overall but suits our needs. One thing we didn't realise is the distance from Nagasaki which is about 1 hr 20 minutes by train. So plan your stay well if you intend to go to Nagasaki.

Just for an experience
We stayed here for an experience but wasn't expecting to park our car so far away. We had to walk 10-15 mins from the free parking area which is infront of the amusement park... At least there is a shuttle bus that brings us and our lugguage to the parking area. The name you registered with them must be exactly the same as your passport, if not the dinosaur check-in counter would not recognize you. We had to call for assistance to check-in. There is no lift, so if you are carrying a big heavy luggage and staying on the second floor, expect to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. I quite like the facial recognition to access your room and you will have to register it first with your room card at the door.

Great experience at Henn Na hotel
It's the robot receptionists that attract us to choose staying in this hotel. The kids really find it funful having dinosaurs to do the check in process. However, it is not very handy to process the check in on your own if you are not familiar with the check in machine. At last we encountered some technical problems and still need a real receptionist to assist us.

Over priced and only one real robot.
This is not a robot hotel. The puppets that you see at the front desk move and have a speaker but they are not interactive. They tell you to fill out a paper form and then step over to a machine similar to a train ticket to check in and receive your key. There is a doll in the room that you have to talk to too turn on the lights but you have to tell it in Japanese to speak English. I could not pronounce the Japanese words correctly so I had to call the front desk to manually change it to English. It would only understand instructions about half the time. You had a choice of all lights on or all off so it does not work well if one person is awake and one asleep. When asked for tomorrows weather report, the answer was 'fair'. Could have used some useful information such as the expected temperature of chance of rain. I would not recommend this hotel at half the price that they charged.
