Clean and Staff was friendly and helpful. My second stay here within 2 weeks. I would recommend changing the breakfast occasionally. It’s noticeable on longer stays. The food was good but menu items are the same. There are lots of great restaurants around also. There are nice sitting areas on the patio and second floor and the atmosphere is very nice.

We absolutely loved our stay at TOMI.Ginza. It definitely exceeded our expectations. We had a family of four and loved the separate room for our two grown children, as well as the spacious living room, bathroom and separate kitchen area! There was even a washer/dryer in the room too. Having just opened in May 2026, we could definitely feel how new everything is, and the staff were all so friendly and accommodating.
If you’re staying in Ginza, we would highly recommend!

Friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms, good amenities. The frying pan was a bit warped but all the other kitchen appliances were great to use! Location was close to transit/subways and the monorail. Unfortunately they started construction early on a Sunday morning so it was a bit loud. I would happily stay again!
