D.I DREAM - Standard

This historic, century-old, two-story building is located right in the city centre. It has been completely restored while preserving its distinctive architectural character, featuring refined, antique furnishings that are, at the same time, complemented by all the essential modern comforts to ensure a pleasant and pampering stay. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, hydromassage showers, hair dryer, flat-screen TV, kettle, microwave, induction cooktop for quick cooking, and a coffee machine with complimentary coffee pods. Sheets and towels are included. D.I DREAM is located in the heart of Sarzana’s historic centre, with paid parking available in front of the property and free parking just a short walk away. All of this is outside the restricted traffic zone (ZTL). We’re also just 300 metres from the train station, where direct trains depart for the Cinque Terre from the “ 11.06.2023 ” and connecting trains run to the La Spezia train station, which already offers connections to the UNESCO Cinque Terre National Park. Sarzana and D.I DREAM therefore enjoy a very strategic location for exploring the beautiful surrounding areas, both in Liguria (Cinque Terre, Portovenere, Lerici, Tellaro, Fiacherino, Santerenzo, Bocca di Magra, Montemarcello) and in Tuscany (Carrara with its marble quarries, Fosdinovo and its castle, La Lunigiana and the beautiful Pontremoli, Forte dei Marmi, Viareggio, Pietrasanta, Pisa, and Florence). The nearest airport is Pisa International Airport, approximately 60 km away. We’d also like to remind you that, given our location right in the city centre, you’ll find all the amenities you need—such as bars, restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets—just a short walk from our property. Across from D.I DREAM (15 metres away) is an IAT (info point) where you can get all the information you need about the many excursion options in Sarzana and the surrounding areas.

The property is located 7 km from Lerici, 7 km from Monte Marcello-Magra—where there are trails leading to the Cinque Terre—20 km from La Spezia, 10 km from Carrara (famous for its quarries), and just a few kilometres from the Lunigiana region and its castles (Pallerone Castle, Lusolo Castle, Bastia Castle) and the picturesque medieval village of Pontremoli on the Via Francigena—the gateway to Tuscany—with hiking and biking trails.
