TOP of the HOUSE: structure equipped with PRIVATE PRIVATE PARKING which is VERY RARE in the area. It will be crucial for a holiday without stress and problems ... but only if you understand its importance in advance.
FEATURES: large apartment located on the first floor with an independent entrance (energy class G) which can accommodate up to a maximum of 7 people (5 + 2) is new, very nice and above all CLEAN.
EQUIPMENT: all services such as TV - DVD - PARABLE - ADSL INTERNET WI-FI TIM - CLIMATE - private terrace with table and I repeat, PRIVATE PARKING at ZERO METERS in a closed enclosed square. It has everything you need in use: you only have to bring consumable products with you. We also provide a practical tourist guide made by us that is highly appreciated, useful for your holiday.
LOCATION: located in a strategic place close to everything ... including a takeaway pizzeria 50 meters away .... very..very much..very useful .. on vacation ...
PRICES: clearly vary significantly according to the period but always competitive.
ASSISTANCE: at your disposal for any problem and / or advice 24 hours a day, in practice this is the most important thing for you to be able to read in a similar ad.

Spacious, clean and well managed property
The property was very spacious, clean and the manager couldn't have been more helpful whenever we needed help or had any questions. The only negative was the location. It was only a few miles from town but difficult to use the bus system. There was a lot of traffic noise and barking dogs, but the property was behind a locked gate and was very secure and private.
