Villa 'La Maison Du Renard' with Mountain Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

La Maison du Renard is in Sarre, just 5 km from Aosta, in a quiet hillside setting away from road noise, centrally located for exploring the entire valley. This semi-detached villa was built using green building principles, with new, elegant, modern furnishings and a focus on sustainable materials.



The house sleeps up to 5 guests and has an entrance hall, a spacious living area with kitchen and lounge, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and walk-in wardrobe, the other with two single beds), two bathrooms with showers and a remote-working area. The living area opens onto a balcony, a spacious terrace with a gazebo and barbecue, and a private garden. Large north- and west-facing windows offer panoramic mountain views.



The house features energy-efficient underfloor heating and cooling: rather than conventional air conditioning, it uses a radiant system integrated throughout the home, chosen for its sustainability.



Guests have access to ample covered and uncovered parking and a wellness area with a hot tub, sauna, showers and relaxation area exclusively for guests (for stays of at least 2 nights; unavailable for one-night stays). The owners live nearby and are discreet but always available.



Only small dogs weighing up to 10 kg are allowed, for an additional fee.
