It does hold like other vivantas like goa, Mumbai but it's ok. The staff is ok because even with near empty hotel I got my request delivered after 3 hours by then I already checked out. The breakfast is very basic, the staff at the restaurant is good and upfront but missed Gujrati options in the breakfast. I had exactly the same thing 2 days in a row. Chai was pre prepared and kachi by the way remember near empty hotel for a 11 floor hotel. The hotel is old and the furniture and washroom shows. Vivanta is always our go to after our first stay in Mumbai for a week, this one was a little let down.

The property looked very old, the room floor was almost peeling, bed I could feel the springs in the back and even with hand feel. Would probably not choose to stay there again.
