"Tanfo terribile di fognature, sporcizia ovunque, incrostazioni di sporcizia sugli interruttori, asciugamani sporchi con strisce marroni e nere, lenzuola bucate, mobili sfondati, stanza estremamente buia (c'erano solo 3 faretti per terra, che non servivano a nulla: abbiamo dovuto leggere con le torce). "Rose Valley Hotel was a great experience. The rooms were beautiful with high arched ceilings and everything was very clean. The breakfast is cooked fresh for each table and was very delicious. Best free hotel breakfast we have ever had. The rooftop has a beautiful view of the balloons. The customer service was amazing and the hotel staff helped coordinate food delivery, shuttles, a hot air balloon ride, and much more. Everyone made us feel very welcome and at home."
