Phantastische Wohnung mit 3 Balkonen und sehr guter Lage

Pros: Die Wohnung ist 2025 modern eingerichtet, sehr praktisch und neuwertig. 2 Schlafzimmer und der sehr schöne Wohn-/Essraum bieten viel Platz und jeder Raum hat Balkon! Das Bad ist großzügig und u.a. mit bodenebener Dusche, Bidet, Waschmaschine und Trockner perfekt ausgestattet. Für uns war die Lage im Ort perfekt. Über den Fußweg am Talfer entlang, braucht man max. 10 Minuten bis zur Ortsmitte. Im Mietpreis war die Sarntal Card enthalten, die u.a. kostenlose Benutzung der Busse im Tal (bis Bozen) ermöglicht. Die Fahrfrequenz ist hoch, daher haben wir unser Auto in 14 Tagen nur sehr selten benutzt. 2 Eigenschaften der Wohnung gefallen möglicherweise nicht jedem: Bis zum Wohnungseingang sind es 47 Stufen Wendeltreppe und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig, aber bei offenem Fenster hört man das Rauschen des Talfer-Flusses. Wir haben bei offenem Fenster geschlafen und es sehr genossen! Das muss aber ja nicht für jeden gelten. Cons: Unser "Nicht-gefallen" ist "Jammern auf hohem Niveau" und ist eher als Tipp an die Vermieter zu verstehen. Ein paar Biergläser (0,5L), Eierbecher, Butterschale, Kaffeefilter und Thermoskanne würden die Ausstattung der Küche perfekt machen. Eine kleine "wichtige-Fragen-Mappe" für die Gäste wäre schön. Themen: Mülltrennung/-Entsorgung, Hinweise zum Zentralsauger, Restaurant-Tipps usw.
