"Check in with Jenny was quick and efficient, she was kind and help. That night we had a problem with our ac and at 2 am they were able to come and fix it right away. Overall great stay and yummy breakfast option in the morning."

"I find it hard to believe that this thoroughly outdated and profoundly depressing property has such a high overall rating on this website. The apartment we were allocated was nothing like the pictures. Without exaggeration everything looked like it was from the 70s. We didn’t have any hot water for the duration of our stay. We reported this to two different staff members who couldn’t have been less interested in this. Rather, our reporting of the issue seemed to be treated as an inconvenience. Poor location in a not particularly nice part of town. Inconvenient access to the old town. Very overpriced for what it is; it’s clearly capitalising on Verona not being equipped for the amount of tourism it attracts. Avoid this place if you want to enjoy your time in Verona! "

"Absolute loveliness! Do not miss the opportunity to stay here if able as it was clean, spacious and very accomodating. We were able to leave luggage as needed both before and after our check-out times, staff was accessible and very helpful and the room we stayed in was great. We stayed overlooking the balcony and courtyard of Giulietta's house and it was charming. We enjoyed our stay immensely and are so thrilled we visited Verona to learn about the history, culture and area. We appreciate the hotel for helping to make our experience wonderfully memorable."

"What a great hotel! Everything looked new, was spotless and with great decor. I loved the location! It was within walking distance of major attractions, yet tucked away in a corner for a quiet and private time. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating. They gave my daughter and I, a face mask one evening. On our way out, they treated us to a goodie bag with water and cookies for our journey out. I definitely recommend and will stay there again. "
