Fishing trip

Everything was nice and clean. The only issue was the outside garbage can was full and had no place to place our garbage. Also tv remotes had no batteries. And the only TV service was a Roku free channels. Outside of that, which is not a big deal but should be fixed. I would stay there again.

Communication is horrible. Satisfaction is non existent. This is the worst experience to date. Vrbo does not care about you. Nor does this property manager.

Thanks for sharing your home away from home! It had everything we needed and worked perfectly for us. Our son was competing in a race in Batesville and it was so convenient to have a quiet place to lay our heads during the off time. If we return for the race next year, we definitely want to stay at your place !

House near Oxford

The house was neat and clean. The only issue was TV not working on Friday night, but it worked on Saturday. Reception is through Hughes Net, which is not a great service! The owner worked with us on any questions!

Nice cabin for getaway!

We stayed here four nights over the Ole Miss graduation weekend. It’s close enough to Oxford but far enough away to avoid crowds. The cabin was clean and spacious. When we discovered the coffee pot was cracked, the property manager brought a new one the same day! The beds were comfortable and also has a washer and dryer! It didn’t have a toaster which was a bummer but not a huge deal. The WiFi was kinda sketchy too at times but all in all we had a great experience!

Perfect size for a family weekend getaway. It is a little remote, take your groceries with you, only store is a quick stop about 1-2 miles away. Very comfortable bedrooms, adequate kitchen/living room great room. Beautiful view of the woods and a lovely porch with ceiling fans. Only 30 minute drive into Oxford for Ole Miss games!

Six of us spent Ole Miss Family Weekend here and there was plenty of space for us. Comfortable beds, beautiful living space. It’s a bit of a drive from Oxford but it’s a very pretty drive and the price was much more reasonable than staying in town that weekend. We’d definitely stay here again!
