"Only issues were with wifi which wasnt bad... It's expected, because it's in the middle of the mountains! Its a beautiful place with great staff, and lots of outdoorsy things to do. Ive been here about 10 times over the past 15 years, and its upgraded, but has the same feel. Me and my wife went to the rim which is nearby, woods canyon lake, which had some snow. We walked tonto creek, played big chess, relaxed at thr bar, had breakfast at the diner. Was a great 12 year anniversary. "

"Flora was very communicative. Cabin was clean. My husband is 6’4 and the shower is very small with the shower head at chest level for him. Other than the size, it works great and had plenty of hot water. The Kirkland soap, shampoo and conditioner were great too. We used the hot tub several times a day and it was a great addition to the trip. "
