Pools: Located on lower levels of the complex—short walk from the condo.

Water: During dry season, supply can be limited. Safe for cooking/brushing teeth; bottled water available nearby for drinking. We recommend purchasing bottled water for drinking. Please use thoughtfully.

Tropical environment: You may occasionally see small insects despite our thorough cleaning—this is normal in coastal Costa Rica.

House Rules
Quiet hours: 11 PM–8 AM. No parties or loud gatherings.
No smoking indoors or on patio/balcony.
No pets (complex policy).
Children must be supervised at all times, especially near stairs and pools.

Towels: We provide both bath and beach/pool towels. Please keep bath towels inside. Replacement fees apply for lost towels.
