    Just a 7-minute walk from the calm waters of Playa Ocotal, this beautiful home offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and stunning scenery. Enjoy breathtaking ocean views, your own private pool, and pool house.
    Designed to host up to 16 guests, the property is perfect for large families, or special gatherings. With modern finishes, and a peaceful setting, you’ll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay.
    Our villa is composed of a cluster of three adjacent buildings, designed to host 16 guests. The main building features a spacious kitchen with a stylish island, a comfortable living room, a laundry room, and three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.
    Adjacent to the main building is a private suite with its own balcony—accessible only from that room—and a full bathroom.
    Located next to the pool, the pool house includes its own kitchen and living area, as well as one bedroom furnished with two queen beds and a twin bunkbed, along with a full bathroom.
