Beautiful brand new property. We rented both sides with friends. Host met us on arrival and went through everything, super helpful and available throughout the stay! There is a row of hotels/homes between the house and the beach, it is literally only a 2-3 min walk to the beach. Monkeys in the surrounding trees, pool is shaded in the pm. All beds on the firm side but comfortable. Showers had great pressure and always hot water. Great restaurants down the street, our fave was Casita del Mariscos. We loved it, kids loved it. We will be back!
