Hi welcome! This is a 2 bed/2 bath condo on 2nd floor with private patio. Come stay and relax in this well-kept unit with a private balcony overlooking pool area with mountain view. Plenty of beach front restaurants and bars to enjoy in town (6-10 min walk) or try a few of the restaurants or coffee shops that are located within a few blocks. All windows have screens if you choose to enjoy the tranquil ocean breeze. Ac units are located in both bedrooms to cool entire condo is you so choose.
