Welcome to Casa Tangara — a private tropical oasis walkable to amenities in Playa Hermosa, Guanacaste. Just 23 km / ~30 minutes drive from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), you'll be in vacation mode in no time! The gated entry opens to a lush yard with a sparkling pool, waterfall feature, and a shaded lounge area perfect for relaxing day or night. Inside, enjoy modern updates, air conditioning throughout, a spacious kitchen, and three comfortable bedrooms each with their own Smart TV.

We manage over 100 vacation rentals in the area, so our hosting style is a little different than that of an individual host. During your stay, you’ll be supported by a dedicated team to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Playa Hermosa is a small community just 25-minutes from Guanacaste Airport (LIR), near Liberia. There are 4 grocery stores, many amazing dining options, and a spectacular beachfront featuring a walking path. It’s a great launching point for scuba diving, sport fishing, and sightseeing tours. You’re also close to several area day trip spots – waterfalls, hiking, hot springs, mud baths, cultural experiences, and river tours. You are just a few minutes from the conveniences of Playas del Coco with several grocery stores, many restaurants, bars, and shops.

Step through the gate and into your own outdoor sanctuary. The front yard sets the tone for your stay, featuring a refreshing pool with a waterfall, four sun loungers, and a covered patio with comfortable seating and evening lighting. It’s an inviting space for morning coffee, afternoon swims, or sunset BBQs on the gas grill. Inside, the main floor includes an updated kitchen with full-size appliances, a breakfast bar for two, dining table for six, and a cozy living room with a 65" Smart TV.

Upstairs and down, the home offers plenty of space and comfort for families or groups. All three bedrooms feature Smart TVs and access to full bathrooms, and the second-floor bedroom includes a dedicated desk for remote work. The home also includes a full-size washer and dryer, plus air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout for cool, comfortable nights.

Rich Coast Vacations was amazing to work with. They were communicative, hospitable, transparent and responsive. Our WhatsApp group was like having a concierge and assistant all rolled into one. We had such a wonderful time in Costa Rica and they made it completely stress free.
