I love staying at the Saratoga Casino Hotel. The shuttle to downtown is great. I loved watching the horse races. The staff is very responsive and the hotel is beautiful.

A very pretty hotel. Unfortunately very few food options. A fast food restaurant and a Morton’s which is closed Monday and Tuesday. A cafe and more healthy food options would be great.

We love the charming theme of this hotel with the fabulous photos and lovely room decor. We enjoy the free parking that other area hotels do not offer. The room is very quiet and comfortable. We stayed three nights and should've asked for cleaning service, as the trash began to pile up. As we were there during a random snowstorm in March which canceled our dining reservations, we were limited to Morton's, which was fine, or the less appealing eateries inside the casino. The hotel staff was very responsive to the snow fall and cleaned the parking lot quickly. We appreciated the front desk staff for having a shovel to get our car out! The pool and jacuzzi area was just updated and was impeccably clean and lovely. Unfortunately it doesn't open until 9 am--as early risers we appreciate a hotel pool that is open at 7am. But overall, this was a well-priced and lovely experience.

Would have liked free water. Bathroom mirror had no makeup lighting setting. Ample parking. No housekeeping for a 2 night stay but they remedy that by leaving a set of towels, tissues, toilet paper and coffee at your door- really loved that!! Pool and gym very nice. Did not gamble so no comment there. Quick check in and contact less checkout. TV had terrible remote and was very hard to find decent stations.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights when my son participate in the chess tournament. The hotel is very nice, clean and quiet. Kids have enjoyed swimming pool service. I will come again.

We were quite disappointed of the dining options in the hotel. There was one very expensive steak restaurant and one so called restaurant where you wait in line to order and get a buzzer to come get your food when it is ready. Not cheap each other for what you are paying for to eat. The rooms are great! Very comfortable and I felt like a princess in our king size bed. They were very willing to upgrade our room because we were a VIP Gold member. They would not offer us any free play and stay or play and dine coupons because we booked through expedia or any other 3rd party. It would have been nice to offer something.

The fact that there are no real dealers working in the casino, only machines is a reason I will not be back. It lacks atmosphere.

A Racino is a combined racetrack and casino. In some cases, the gambling is limited to slot machines, but we offer slots, video poker, keno or our electronic table games, including blackjack, roulette and craps.

The check-in went smoothly, the hotel is clean and well-run, our room was clean and had all the necessary towels, etc. We heard the people in the room next door during the night - annoying, and they should do something about the soundproofing, but it's a decent hotel in a good location. They might include a breakfast area or at least coffee - there is a strange little place in the lobby that has a coffee machine, some pre-packaged sandwiches and cereals, and a self -checkout. Kind of tacky for the type of hotel it is. . .

Perfect stay when you’re watching a band downstairs or playing the slots. All the staff are very nice. Very big very clean room. Bed was very comfortable.

As soon as we walked in we were welcomed with very friendly people. The “high end” restaurant they have there is great! Delicious food and above and beyond service. Our server was so funny and helpful. Me and my boyfriend were very pleased with the experience at this hotel. The casino was a lot of fun and I’m happy they have a restaurant inside that is open until 1 am.
