Walk to anywhere!!! Cute house with newly renovated kitchen/tastefully decorated with amenities including private fenced in large backyard. Off Street parking for 4 cars, quick walk to downtown. Two bedrooms - 1 king bed - 1 queen bed. Central Air! Open concept with 55" TV, wireless internet included. Perfect for small family or 2 couples. Great artist or writers retreat! Outdoor furniture, new gas grill and plenty of lawn games. All linens and towels provided.

Another amazing girls weekend
This was our second year in a row renting this perfect house!! We do a girls spa weekend every year and this home is in the perfect location! Walking distance to everything you may want to visit while in Saratoga. Less than a mile to Broadway. The house is so clean, well equipped, the yard is outstanding (amazing lawn!! Well maintained) and our favorite place to have cocktails around the firepit after our spa day! And the owners are so gracious, super responsive and it’s clear they take great pride in their home. We look forward to coming back again next year!! Thank you to Lynn and Tim!

Cute place. Quiet neighborhood, surrounded by residences. Owners were nice and communicated well. Though this location is more on the outskirts of downtown. You're about a 20 min walk to where all the heavy action is on Broadway.

Wonderful property!
This was a great property and location for my friend and I to spend the weekend in Saratoga Springs. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed, including multiple ways to make coffee. It is a small house, but was great for the two of us. The back yard was beautiful. The listing did indicate that there was a hot tub, but the owners quickly updated the listing when I started asking about the hot tub as that amenity was listed in error. Quiet street and neighborhood. Would definitely return in the future.

The property was perfect for our 3 day stay in Saratoga Springs! It was immaculate, nicely furnished and decorated and the house was equipped with just about everything you could need other than food and drink. Most importantly it was a great location for just about everything we wanted to do.
