The four of us thought the house was very comfortable and well-appointed. The bathroom and shower were very nice! The kitchen had everything we needed to fix a big family dinner! We found the location of the house to be convenient to Broadway and the Farmer’s Market and the Skidmore campus. I highly recommend this property and the owners couldn’t be more friendly!!

Mother daughter weekend

This rental was perfect for myself and my two daughters. Everything was exactly as described - lovely welcoming and modern decor, spotlessly clean, all systems functioning as they should. The backyard space was really a plus when the weather is good. Quiet neighborhood where we always felt safe. Seamless contact with owners made getting settled in and checking out easy. Saratoga Springs is a great city to visit. If you are a couple or small group you'll be glad if you stay here when you come.

Cozy and comfortable home

This cottage is in a great location close to the Beekman Arts District and downtown. It features comfortable beds with nice linens, a full kitchen with good quality utensils and (a rarity for VRBO rentals) a sharp set of kitchen knives! We stayed during the Saratoga Jazz Festival and found it delightful in every way.

Saratoa Racing weekend

If you are looking for the perfect property to stay for a weekend getaway...look no further. This was beyond our expectations!! Wonderful property!

This was a great property and location for my friend and I to spend the weekend in Saratoga Springs. Check-in was easy and the house had everything we needed, including multiple ways to make coffee. It is a small house, but was great for the two of us. The back yard was beautiful. The listing did indicate that there was a hot tub, but the owners quickly updated the listing when I started asking about the hot tub as that amenity was listed in error. Quiet street and neighborhood. Would definitely return in the future.

Another amazing girls weekend

This was our second year in a row renting this perfect house!! We do a girls spa weekend every year and this home is in the perfect location! Walking distance to everything you may want to visit while in Saratoga. Less than a mile to Broadway. The house is so clean, well equipped, the yard is outstanding (amazing lawn!! Well maintained) and our favorite place to have cocktails around the firepit after our spa day! And the owners are so gracious, super responsive and it’s clear they take great pride in their home. We look forward to coming back again next year!! Thank you to Lynn and Tim!
