Ryan was super communative and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The apartment was very cute and clean. It seemed to be close to anything and everything in Saratoga.

This is a welcoming and comfy place to come for a visit to the races or just to hang out in Saratoga Springs. We took an uber to the track (1.5 mile) and the walked home. Perfect location. We spent a day at the battlefield and touring the town. Ryan's place was the place to kick back and relax and enjoy. The bed is AMAZING and other littl touches make it our new favorite place to stay!

We arrived to a great easy check in early morning. Went to take shower to find no hot water notified via text and email property owner immediately. He took time to answer . Once answered he stated he would attempt to have someone fix. Long story short multiple conversations never got hot water entire stay. No money back was offered I had to ask. He gave us 200 back. I feel entire stay should have been refunded. It is completely unreasonable to expect someone to pay when no hot water.
