1927 Craftsman home fully remodeled to provide every modern comfort. Located in the arts district and an easy 10-minute walk to Broadway. 10 minute driver of $7-10 Uber to the track or SPAC. Pleanty of space with three large bedrooms and expansive common space inside and out. The bathrooms offer a spa-like experience with soaker tub and large walk-in showers. Master suite with king-sized bed and private bath; 2 guest rooms with queen beds means everyone sleeps in comfort.

Saratoga Springs is a great place to visit. In the summer there's the oldest continuously running race track in the US as well as SPAC offering everything from Dave Matthews to the Philadelphia Orchestra and NYC Ballet.

You'll have full use of the house. Stretch out, enjoy the outdoors on the patio with both soft-seating and dining space. Light up the gas grill and the chiminea and enjoy an evening under the stars.

Great Experience

This house is So Beautiful, Clean and has everything you would want or need, you won't want to leave. We felt like we were home. The BEST hostess you'll ever want to deal with. SO ACCOMMODATIING and Friendly. Another great feature is off street parking. Walking distance to downtown. The Perfect place to rent. Thank you MARY!
