Walk to downtown Saratoga and to Saratoga Racetrack! Newly furnished and upgraded 2,000 sq foot home ready for you and your guests. Centrally located to all the popular spots in Saratoga- less than a 15-minute walk to downtown, a 10-minute walk to the racetrack, and a 5-minute walk to the entrance of the State Park. Located on a corner lot with garage and driveway access, as well as off-street parking. Make yourself comfortable in our 2-level, 4-bedroom, 3 bath home with a fenced-in backyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with new stainless-steel appliances and a kitchen table for 8 people. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms- the master bedroom (queen mattress) with an attached full bathroom and the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. The 2nd full bathroom is also located on the upper floor, along with a cozy living area with a mounted Roku TV.
Downstairs you will find another spacious living area with a second mounted Roku TV and extra space to spread out. Enjoy a small selection of books and games, as well. Also located downstairs is a third full bathroom, and 2 more bedrooms (2 twins in one room and a queen in the other). Included in our home is a full laundry room with access to the washer and dryer.
