Your Tropical Paradise with heated saltwater pool

Four bedroom two bath house in west Bradenton just minutes from beautiful Anna Maria Island with miles of white sandy beaches. 15 minutes from Sarasota airport and 5 minutes from IMG Academy. Within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and golfing. Only minutes away from entertainment and the Pittsburg Pirates spring training facilities. The world famous Siesta Key beach is just a short beautiful gulf drive away. Disney, Busch Gardens, Sea World and Universal are all within a two hour drive.
This non smoking brightly colored spacious home has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a 42" smart TV. The master bathroom has a two sink vanity. The second and third bedrooms each have a queen bed with a 32" TV. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is equipped with a full inventory of cookware, bakeware , and serving pieces. There is also a Keurig, coffee maker and toaster.
The living room has a 55" smart TV and cable/internet is available throughout the house. The living room and dining room both overlook the pool and have four sliding patio door which will open 8'. The laundry room has a new washing machine and dryer. Parking is on the driveway and on the street.
The back yard with its privacy fence, tropical landscape, grill and screened in pool will provide hours of relaxation and soaking up the warm Florida sunshine. Beach chairs, towels, beach umbrella and pool toys are provided.

Visiting family in Bradenton and Venice

Lovely, clean property with four nice bedrooms. Located in a nice neighborhood close to beaches and sites in Sarasota. Beach chairs, towels, toys, and umbrella were an unexpected perk!

Great spot!

We had a great time, the heated pool was a huge win, and the owner thought of all the little things that made this day better, like to-go coffee cups, sunscreen right by the pool, etc. we even reignited our love of board games hanging out and playing Yahtzee at night. Great stay!

Amazing stay close to beach

We could not have been happier with our stay! Chris was an amazing host and the property was perfect location and clean. The pool was beautiful and fully stocked with goggles and life jackets for kids. The house was in a great location and stocked with everything you could think of.

Home was as pictured, clean, and well stocked with kitchen supplies. Heated pool was very nice! Chris was quick to respond to any questions and came to the house to check on a pool issue right away when we asked him a question. We enjoyed our stay!!

Lovely weekend

We have an spectacular weekend house completely equipped, super clean the pool was awesome is a very nice home near to the beach, food and stores very nice neighborhood. Pet friendly I stay with my dog also.Communication with the host was excellent very easy access to the house. 100% recommend I will stay for sure again.

The house was very comfortable and clean. The pool is very nice and warm. Everything was clean. This was the best stocked rental I've ever in stayed in. They thought of everything! Recommend.

Great Spot

Just as the title says this was a great spot. Perfect location for proximity to IMG Academy as well as all the restaurants and stores in the area. House was well kept and had everything we needed. We stay in a lot of rentals and this was a good one for sure. Chris communicated very well and made the process easy. Look forward to staying again!

Great house

Super clean house in a quiet neighborhood, but conveniently close to stores. Plenty of space to eat and hang out. The very private heated pool was a delightful way to start the day. The minute we walked in the door we could tell that the owner is considerate and cares about his guests ... he supplies everything. We have no hesitation in renting from Chris in the future.

Family Vacation/Reunion

We enjoyed our family vacation at this property. It was only 15mins away from Anna Maria Island where we met up with other family for a reunion. The house had everything we needed. It was so nice to have coolers , beach chairs and beach towels provided for the beautiful beaches on the island. My family also enjoyed the pool and cooking on the grill. Communication with the Host was always a quick response. Definitely recommend this property to other renters.

Perfect Family Vacation Rental

We visited Bradenton as a family to attend a wedding. The property was pristine, quiet, and included a Few toiletries, just in case you forgot something. The property is within 1-2 miles driving distance of stores and restaurants. Chris was an excellent host! This was the first time I ever had a host check in to see how the stay was going. We will definitely stay with Chris again in the future.

Great home

This is a great home, well stocked, with great owner. Any Questions were answered quick by Chris. About 7 miles to beach and there was plenty of parking, all of March, which is unusual in this area. Pool was always well heated and needed in Feb. and Mar. Really no problems during our 6 week stay.

Outstanding Property

We were beyond impressed with the house. One of the cleanest properties I've stayed at. The personal touches of the sanitizing station, toiletries, et cetera were all appreciated. Chris was very good at communicating and gave us a late check out. The pool was very clean yet refreshing. The house is close to a ton of restaurants and retail. Thanks for a great experience

Great Home away from Home

First of all, Chris was a great communicator. Prompt and helpful!! The house fit our needs with 5 adults each having their own beds. The amenities (grill, enclosed outside seating around the pool, beach chairs, beach towels) were beyond what we expected. Location was perfect for us as we had friends in Long Boat Key and enjoyed going to Sarasota, Lido beach and there was a catholic church near for one of our friends to attend. An easy check-in and check-out process as all we had to do was let Chris know when we arrived and left. Highly recommend if you don't need to be right on the water.
