And when the spirit moves you, it is a five minute walk to the amazing Gulf beaches, a pleasant stroll to the lively shops and restaurants of Bridge Street, and a short bike ride to Coquina Beach in all its natural glory.

If you fancy entertaining, a well-coordinated kitchen, dining and living space provides the perfect place to enjoy good food and friends while savoring the view. The open-plan gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-line appliances, quartz countertops and a cozy breakfast bar. Clean, comfortable, easy beach access

This year was our second at this property, and we enjoyed our stay a great deal. The space provides plenty of room for 5-6 folks, and the furnishings very comfortable. The screened in porch has plenty of seating, and gives a nice glimpse of the bay. It is an easy walk to the beach, and within 1/2 mile to Publix, Dollar Tree, Walgreens. For the value, it is a very good rating. On a side note, the internet drops frequently and you have to unplug and reboot. I needed to work for a half-hour or so each day, and this provided issues; the owners might could upgrade to a more progressive package. Too, make sure to bring your own dishwasher and laundry detergent, and other amenities. The house comes with minimal items in those categories - which is fine, no complaints. Just renter be aware - the LAST thing you want to do is go to Publix on the island on a Saturday to stock up. The lines go to the back of the store - literally. All in all a great experience, and a lovely spot to spend a week. I give it a 8.75 out of 10!

A few annoyances, overall ok. I would not stay here again. Too pricey for what the place looked like. Price wasn’t worth it.

Great location for beach days!

The short walk to the beach was a huge selling point! There’s a large garage to store all your beach gear and a great outdoor shower to rinse off. Check in and out was easy and the property manager was easy to communicate with. Would rent again!

Very nice house for 6, in excellent condition and fine for beach. On the downside there is a sewage type smell at certain times of the day, although difficult to know where this is coming from. House instructions for leaving need sorting as 2 sets of info with conflicting requirements regarding linen.

Overall very nice!

Really liked the house. Had a few issues with a toilet in the master bedroom and the garage door but issues were fixed promptly when office was notified. Didn’t like the fact that you pay a cleaning fee but they want you to sweep the place basically before you leave. Isn’t that why we paid a cleaning fee??
