This newly updated non-smoking home is located in Venice Florida. Enjoy the pool in your private backyard and you are just minutes from Venice’s pristine beautiful beaches with plenty of sharks teeth to hunt. House is located in a family friendly neighborhood with multiple golf courses close by for you to choose from. This two bedroom home offers one king size bed and one queen bed. There is also a daybed off the comfortable living room for an extra guest. The back porch is full of windows for a bright and airy feel. It also includes a table for eating. The kitchen comes fully stocked with the amenities you will need during your stay and a cute dining room is located off the kitchen. Washer and dryer provided. Cable and WiFi included. we had a wonderful stay at Angie and Dan’s home. Check in and out were simple, the heated pool was fantastic, the house was clean and roomy. We were a short drive to many restaurants, stores, and beaches in a quiet neighborhood. We hope to visit again!

CLEAN!! Exceeded all expectations. We felt at home right away. Very private and relaxing. We met Angela and Dan and couldn’t ask for better hosts! Close to all you need to have a great time. The pool was amazing, spent a lot of time in it. Thank You both for the wonderful winter getaway.

Angie and Dan were fabulous hosts! Communication was key due to less than stellar weather when we arrived. BUT the weather cleared up and we had a great week. The house is spectacular! Cute, cozy, yet beachy! The perfect beach retreeat!

Dan & Angie were fantastic hosts for our stay from December 27-January 3. The house was very clean when we arrived. Heated pool was great to use and Dan made sure the temperature of the water was right. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Neighborhood is very quiet as well. If you are considering this property, just book it now; you will not regret it. The home was even better than the photos. The home is thoughtfully stocked with lots of towels, beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella. The lot is huge, the neighborhood is quiet, the pool is fantastic. We rented bikes and rode a lot. This is a great area for biking and beaching. Angela was easy to reach, checked on us a time or two; she was really great. We were really able to relax and enjoy our time to the fullest. Thank you, Angela and Dan, for a fantastic place to vacation!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was very clean and ready for us to enjoy. We spent a lot of time in the pool which was very warm . We also found a lot of good restaurants and activities nearby. We would gladly stay here again.

Only been gone four days and I miss it so much. Angie and Dan are absolutely great. We enjoyed our four weeks so they are so much. The pool was so relaxing and the water was nice and warm. We spend some time there just about every day. The house is so well stocked with all the essentials. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, and the backyard is very secluded, and at the same time you are no more than a mile away from anything you might need and some beautiful restaurants and beaches and places to watch the sunset I wish that we could come back next year because this would absolutely be our number one place to go to thanks again Angie and Dan you went above and beyond to make it a wonderful place to stay

Angela and Dan’s place was well maintained and very comfortable. The times I had to contact Angela she responded promptly and was always very nice. The only thing that wasn’t mentioned in the listing is that there is an attached mother-in-law suite that was occupied during our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The owners are absolutely wonderful. The house is super clean, and fully stocked with everything you might need for a short or extended stay (including a washer and dryer!). The backyard area is so cute, and the pool is the best after a hot day in the sun. The location is in a quiet, residential neighborhood not far from anything you want to get to in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend you stay here!
