The condo is fully furnished with everything you need including linens, bedding, and beach towels. There is a detached one-car garage for your personal use. This condo is located at heritage Oaks golf and country club, guests have the ability to take advantage of the club amenities there are five heated pools hot tub,fitness center and tennis court, and miles of walking paths, this is a private and gated community that is complete with par 71 golf course restaurant, bar and pro-shop. This unit is about 12 miles from the world’s famous siesta key beach. Book your stay today, there is a minimum of a 30 day stay. Utilities included electric, Wi-Fi and cable.
