  • Consider this house your home away from home while you visit Sarasota. This awesome property features 3 bedrooms with a king, queen, and twin bed, perfect for accommodating all guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with showers, guests can freshen up after a day of exploring our beautiful beaches, hiking out beautiful trails, bike riding Benderson park.
    Our place is equipped with a screened in porch in ground pool (all natural) not heated.
    The home is setup for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember.
    Less than a mile from most restaurants, grocery stores, UTC Mall, all the most popular department stores.

Please make sure all outdoors are locked including all sliders
The garage is off-limits. It’s only his garage all personal items in there. If there’s any need to get into the garage, I have a neighbor that can get access.
Make sure all trash is put in trash bins trash day. The trashcan has to be pulled out Sunday evening.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
